I have ordered from Palosanto before and have not been disappointed. I opted to order simple blades this time as I recently acquired a lathe and will be making my own handles. The blade arrived sharp and polished, ready to go. I put a prototype handle on it and gave it a quick test. The result was very promising. I can’t say enough good things about Palosanto’s craftsmanship. If you’re on the fence, just jump! You won’t regret it.
